Decent purchase, few hiccups

I bought a Silicone Dildo and some Water Based Lube. The dildo is soft and realistic, exactly as described, and the lube works well, not sticky at all. My order arrived in about 5 days, which was reasonable, and the packaging was discreet, which I appreciate. I did notice the tracking info wasn't updated very regularly, so I was a bit in the dark for a day or two. The price was competitive, and the product quality is good for what I paid. I would buy from them again, but they could improve on the tracking updates.

My Hydromax is great!

Ordered a Hydromax and it got here in like, four days to Austin. Everything was in a plain box, which was cool. It works just like they said it would. The instructions were easy to follow. Pretty happy with it, honestly. No complaints except the price is a bit high.

Consistent and reliable

This was my third order from Bathmate Pleasure, and as usual, they were reliable. I got a new set of Comfort Pads and some Water Based Lube. Everything arrived discreetly and in good condition, just like my previous orders for a Hydropump and a couple of Silicone Dildos. Their product quality has been consistent over time, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, which is what I want.

Good product, slow shipping

I ordered a Hydromax7 a few weeks ago. The pump itself is well-made and works as described. I appreciate the quality and it feels sturdy. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 business days to get to me in Florida. The discrete packaging was a plus, I will say that. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but the delivery time could be improved for sure.

Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the Hydro7 a few weeks ago and it arrived yesterday. The shipping took about 9 days, which felt a little long, but it was discreetly packaged, so no issues there. The product itself feels well-made, sturdy plastic, and the seal is good. I followed the instructions, which were clear enough. It's comfortable to use, and I think I'm starting to see some minor results already. I had a question about cleaning, so I emailed customer service, and they got back to me within 24 hours with a helpful answer. The measuring gauge included is a nice touch for tracking progress. Overall, I'm satisfied with the Hydro7; just wish the delivery was a bit quicker.

Love my new vibrator!

Got the Rabbit Vibrator and it's amazing! The vibrations are super strong and it feels so good. I'm definitely shopping here again, and I told my best friend to check it out. You guys are awesome!

Fast shipping, good product

I ordered a Hydroxtreme7. It arrived quickly, 3 days to my door. Product works as expected. Packaging was discreet. No issues with the purchase. Wish the instructions were a bit clearer.

Hydromax9 purchase experience

I recently bought a Hydromax9 from the site. The ordering process was straightforward; their website is pretty easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. I had a small question about cleaning the pump after I received it, so I used their customer service chat. The agent was helpful and answered my question about cleaning brushes quickly. The pump itself feels very high quality and durable, exactly what I expected from the descriptions. Packaging was completely discreet, which I appreciated. It took about 5 days for the package to arrive in California, which was within their estimated window. So far, very happy with the purchase and the support.
